Eric Solon on Scientific Advisory Board for Symposium on Isotopically Labeled Compounds

Eric Solon, Fellow of Autoradiography in DMPK & Radiation Safety Officer at QPS, is serving on the Scientific Advisory Board for the 12th International Symposium on the Synthesis and Applications of Isotopically Labelled Compounds. The symposium will be held June 7 - 11, 2015 in Princeton, New Jersey, USA, and will attract an assortment of scientists interested in isotope-related topics.

Programming will touch on subjects such as isotope production, purification and enrichment; the synthesis of isotopically labeled compounds; and the many applications of these compounds in drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, drug development, biotechnologies, clinical studies, agriculture, environmental studies and diagnostics. During the meeting, Dr. Solon will co-chair Session 4, on “Whole Body Radiography (WBR) - New methods, applications and trends.”

This series of meetings has been organized by the International Isotope Society in conjunction with its Central European Division and in cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency. The last such meeting was held three years ago in Heidelberg, Germany.
