Chronic DSS-induced Ulcerative Colitis Model

Dextran sulphate sodium (DSS) colitis is the most widely used experimental murine model of ulcerative colitis (UC), established through the administration of DSS in drinking water. The chronic DSS-induced UC Pharmacology model is used to evaluate the therapeutic effects of a test article.

QPS Proprietary GLP-1 and IgG Assays

GLP-1 receptor agonists are now among the fastest-growing therapeutic classes, with semaglutide supporting an expanding range of clinical programs. Our lab offers a proprietary semaglutide assay designed for accurate, reproducible bioanalysis across development stages.

Accurate pharmacokinetic profiling of monoclonal antibodies via LC-MS/MS bioanalysis is critical for dose selection and safety assessment. Our proprietary IgG 1 and IgG 4 assays deliver robust quantification across the full PK curve, supporting accurate exposure assessment.
