QPS Offers Atopic Dermatitis Models

QPS offers well-characterized atopic dermatitis (AD) models, including ovalbumin-induced and TNCB-induced models, to support preclinical pharmacology research tailored to client-specific therapeutic goals.

These models are developed and validated in-house, ensuring high-quality data for evaluating the efficacy and safety of potential treatments for inflammatory skin diseases.

All QPS DMPK Studies are Made in the USA

All QPS DMPK studies are conducted in our laboratories in Newark, Delaware, USA.

Our DMPK expertise encompasses the entire preclinical drug development process, from discovery and candidate selection to investigational new drug (IND) enabling studies.

Studies that assess the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) properties of drug candidates are a fundamental component of the drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) services offered by QPS.
