QPS’ Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is collectively responsible for the global success of QPS. With representation from each of the global business functions and each of the global business sites, their primary responsibilities include exercising independent and objective judgement, as well as providing constructive challenges to local management teams to ensure the highest possible performance.
In addition, this team is responsible for setting strategy, developing policy, and monitoring progress towards meeting our annual goals and objectives. Our CEO, Dr. Ben Chien, leads the SLT, acts as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, and has accountability for the annual performance of the global business. Dr. Chien also leads the SLT team through regular business performance reviews and challenges the team’s strategic thinking to improve results.

Business Development Team

QPS’ Business Development Team is collectively responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential customers and generating business opportunities for QPS.
Through these relationships, the team shares comprehensive information about the global capabilities of QPS across Bioanalysis, Clinical Research Services, Dermal and Transdermal Research, DMPK, Pharmacology, Translational Medicine, Toxicology, as well as Early and Late Phase Clinical Trials. With team alignment across each of the global business functions and each of the global business sites, their primary responsibilities include understanding the specific needs of each individual customer and providing custom-built research service proposals to meet their very specific requirements.
